Hours of operation
Unless stated otherwise, our usual hours of operation are as follows:
Airport Transfer Service: 24/7 (pre-booking essential)

Taxi Service Whitianga:

We only offer our taxi service on the side, which is basically when we are not pre-booked with tours or private transfers (our main business).
There are certain times of the year when there is a lot of demand for taxis in Whitianga, this is when we try to make ourselves available as much as possible (e.g. during the summer holidays or on festival weekends).

Otherwise, we recommend to just give us a call, as there is always a possibility that we are available anyway. Our answerphone message will tell you about the current situation, in case we do not pick up the phone.

Regional taxi service (outside Whitianga Town) must be pre-booked and pre-paid - cancellation terms apply.

Ferry Transfer Service: currently not operating - check for updates on ferry page.

Tours and private driver: most days of the year, as per request.
