Hours of operation
Unless stated otherwise, our usual hours of operation are as follows:
Airport Transfer Service: 24/7 (pre-booking essential)

Taxi Service Whitianga:
Usually 6 days a week, either Sunday or Monday closed. If you need a taxi after 9pm please let us know early, as we often finish by then due to lack of demand.

Mostly we will operate as follows:
Tuesday from 9am till early evening
Wednesday from 9am till early evening
Thursday from 4.30pm till early evening
Friday from 4.30pm till early evening
Saturday from 4.30pm till late evening
Sunday and Monday on request

Note that we do not normally cruise around, so you will need to call us. That's the one thing we need you to do in order to get the lowest fares and best service in town.
We recommend calling early to ensure we will be available when you need us, e.g. if you need a taxi on a Thursday evening to get home from a restaurant at 9.30pm, please pre-book this to ensure we are available, as we may finish early when the night is looking quiet.
We may well be available outside these hours on short notice, it's always worth a try.
Regional taxi service (outside Whitianga Town) must be pre-booked and pre-paid - cancellation terms apply.

Ferry Transfer Service: Whenever there are Auckland ferry arrivals and departures (currently not operating - check for updates on ferry page).

Tours and private Driver: most days of the year, as per request.

The more notice you can give, the higher the chance of us confirming.
