Booking deadline:
Bookings must be made via our online booking form by 25 May 2025.
Whitianga Tours and Taxi is not obliged to honour or accept any promotional bookings received after this date. 2.
Travel period:
The travel period for this promotion is from 9 July to 14 October 2025.

Offer eligibility:
1. This offer applies only to private return airport transfers between Whitianga and Auckland Airport (Domestic or International terminals).
2. The first leg of the booking will be charged at the regular fare.
3. A 50% discount will be applied to the second leg, regardless of travel direction.
4. Both journeys must be booked at the same time in a single return booking to qualify for the discount.

Discount conditions:
a. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts (e.g. SuperGold Card).
b. Only one promotional booking per customer or household may be accepted.

General terms:
Our usual terms and conditions for private airport transfers apply, including:
a. Maximum of 3 passengers per transfer
b. Luggage restrictions
c. Cancellation and rescheduling rules
7.
Payment:
a. Once your booking is confirmed via email, full payment must be made via internet banking within 24 hours (or immediately for transfers occurring within the next 24 hours).
b. Credit/debit card payments are not accepted.
8.
Availability:
Availability is limited, and bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.
