4. place the order online (scroll down to order form)
5. receive our confirmation and invoice
6. pay online by bank transfer (or cash on pick up - sorry no eftpos)
7. receive the gift voucher from us
8. make someone special very happy

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
* Gift Vouchers are valid 6 months from their date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
* Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any of Whitianga Tours and Taxi's tour or transport services. They cannot be redeemed against accommodation (including homestay) or English study lessons or courses.
* Bookings are essential and must be made in writing either by email or through our online contact form.
* When redeeming a gift voucher, the voucher number and full name(s) of the bearer(s) must be provided in the booking request.
* Any bookings are subject to availability. We generally recommend to always book as early as possible.
* If the booked service exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by bank transfer or in cash.
* If a booking that was paid for by gift voucher, either partially or fully, is cancelled, either by you or by us, the balance (less cancellation fees, if any) will be credited to the bearer of the gift voucher as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent bookings.
* If a gift voucher is used for a booking of a lower value than that of the voucher, the remaining value of the voucher can be redeemed against subsequent bookings within the voucher's six month life time.
* Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balance consolidated to new vouchers or be replaced after their expiry, and are not legal tender, account card, credit or debit card, or security.
* Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Whitianga Tours and Taxi, either by phone (021-155-55-58) or email, providing all details including full name(s) of bearer(s), voucher number and initial value, and proof of purchase.
* When choosing and uploading your own image to be used in the gift voucher, you confirm that you legally own the right to use this image.
